I started as product support and then moved to a technical team with constant contact with customers. I've had maternity leave which means I've been stuck in my role, but that's ok as I'm more focused on family life than my career, but I'm hoping new professional opportunities will soon arise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my salary does not reflect the market situation in my country and rising inflation. I would need a sense that there is space to talk about a pay rise throughout the year and not just around March when the topic comes up naturally.
