Very positive. The culture and people are the best. Add same answers about what I highlights, what I've shaed on previous answers + the possibility to plan my career development and have the support from my manager.
Good company, good people, interesting industry, good medica/health benefits and generous vacations. However, since the x 3 days in the office policy, the engagement, mood and trust in the company has decreased not only for me but also for my colleagues. Our hybrid contracts are not being respected.
Same answer as before. Collaboration, multi-cultural team, positive mood, etc
Collaborative culture, inclusiveness, multi-cultural team, different backgrounds and shared enthusiasm at work
Working in an industry that I like, related to travel and airlines.
People-oriented culture, inclusive and international, cosmopolitan, open-minded, social, collaborative, driven and enthusiastic, teamwork.
Professional development, belonging to a good team, learning new things about the industry, etc
Friendly team, always willing to help, generally team players. Direct and honest communication. Good values.
Passion for the travel industry, personal development and working in an industry that I find very meaningful
Cool, friendly, helpful and down-to-earth colleagues. Nice environment in the Richmond office. Friendly collegues also abroad whom I met online.
Culture, they are very "human", the MKT VP Emma Wilson is very easy to approach and she's a good listener, very down to earth, she looks after the team no matter our seniority.
The ELT show themselves as approachable, casual and with a down to earth style. I do like they clarity in global communications and they relaxed-tech style, however, I work in the Richmond office and we don't interact that much with the ELT. Kurt's visits are valued.
I'm quite new in the company- only two months - but for the moment I've seen many positive things: open, informative broadcasts that share information in a realistic and people-oriented tone, clarity on the messages, focus on direction and a will to empower people and to let people grow!
In the UK, the dental plan is very good. The 8% that the company pays for my pension is also very good. I enjoy Headspace app and Vitality. If I could suggest an improvement, public transportation to commute to the office is expensive for everyone, some kind of discount could be excellent.
My workload has dramatically increased in my 2.5 years in the company, however my salary is the same. I did get two little (2%) salary increases each July but that doesn't compensate my high workload, and $ I now must spend on x 3 office days, so basically I'm making less money than when I started.
I feel valued. However, before joining the company I was offered a higher salary than the one offered on the last days of my contract negotiation, so I had no option to accept it. I now have almost a year in the company and I do the double of work , with same salary and no inflation adjustment.
