I feel it's a very inclusive, friendly company to work in. The people are fantastic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I came from an environment where pay was transparent and I'm unsure at Sabre whether pay grades are transparent (it could be that they are and I just don't know this). Also, cost of living, inflation etc does have an affect.
