Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being paid less than people reporting to me on the same level, despite having a wider sets of responsibilities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are ways of getting support with mental health challenges, I feel comfortable when I need to take time off/sick leave, I feel support from the People Team when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the amount of work and responsibilities I have, and based on the compensation of my direct reports, I feel undervalued. Also other similar companies on the market have better offers for people with my skills and knowledge.

As a manager, my salary is below some of my team members, I know that on the market I would get a better salary and that new joiners are paid better money compared to the ones being here for longer, that creates frustration and makes me feel treated unfair.
