Great environment, great people, great team, great place to work, but, extreme working hours, no work-life balance, too much pressure, too fast-paced which not sustainable long-term for most Lack of acknowledgment on this matter from high-management and not enough recognition / rewards.

Good so far but I hope few things can be improved specially on compensation and sustainable workload as I desire to be with the company for the long run. I truly relish my work environment, my management and my co-workers.

I enjoy the fast-paced environment but sometimes it is just too much and overwhelming - not sustainable in a long run. Most of all, I enjoy working with my team and everyone around.
