I have been honored to work for Sabre. I think they always strive to do the right thing at the right time. Sometimes attitudes are a bit dismissive of what life looks like when you're not male and not able to live close to the office.

I've had the opportunities to advance and or move around when the time seemed appropriate. In the overall scheme of things I feel supported in my job, have great co-workers and feel like what I do has a purpose.

Seeing our product managers and customers happy.

They're direct. They don't back down from hard questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are always working to do something to improve something.

They're creative, they're fast, and very tactical. They are amazing at pivoting as needed.

They all want the best products possible and work hard to do their part to provide that. They genuinely care for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There appears to be a culture of transparency led from the top, however, the way that the Project25 changes were handled were not at the same level as the way difficult things had been handled throughout the last 3 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency. I like hearing from Shawn and Mike and Joe about their different areas. I liked how in our town hall, Kurt connected the dots about how the new business opportunities are impacting the business as a whole.
