Sabre is full of great people who are knowledgeable and passionate about technology. What I value most is culture and sense of support. One of the issues I've been seeing is lack of communication and not sharing updates to lower-level EEs.

A chance to learn new skills, new scenarios, expand my knowledge, liaise with different people, problem solving.

We have regular meetings during which we discuss our current updates and pending topics. We support each other openly and willingly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can meet different people from all around the world, learn new cultures, practice my English listening, speaking and writing skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being with the Company for 10 years, I've been promoted only once even though my Managers and other Employees have been pleased with my work, skills and support I provide. I believe EEs with very good expertise and performance should be promoted/their salary should be increased more frequently.
