My role and responsibilities and the BU Teams I engage with on a daily bases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about individuals and their lifestyle, career development and personal issues. They want the organization to be sustainable into the foreseeable future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I miss my old team who reported to me, but I still talk with them. I am now in a new team and everyone is very helpful, friendly and professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
after 10 years at Sabre - Sabre has become a better place to work. Due to the Inclusion and Diverse attitude. a few more compensations is finally happening and this is making for a positive culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living went up in Poland and The People Team ensured that all Polish employees receive an uplift on their salary. In the UK, cost of living is at a national high of 12% and most individuals only got a 3% or 4% increase. Global job market is much higher than the existing salaries at Sabre.
