I love my job, but there is too much of it. Work life balance is a challenge post Covid. I understand the business is still recovering financially, but we are stretched from a work volume perspective, and its something I have a personal desire to change.

I love working for Sabre, but I am frustrated at the volume of work expected, lack of work/life balance, and challenges related to limited resource.

LTIP, although I haven't been shared anything for 2023 and our stock price is so low
