I have been working for Sabre for aprox 19 years and had the chance to prove myself in many different roles. It has been a great learning and growing experience.

There is a lot of camaraderie across teams and a very friendly environment.

People is engaged and talented. There is a very good team environment and culture.

The interaction with colleagues, my customers and my leader. Also interacting with close colleagues and friends.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to assist when possible. There is a very good working attitude.

Interacting with others in a positive environment and continue developing different skills after 18 years of working at Sabre.

It is a very collaborative team with very capable members. We are all on the same page and we connected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are approachable and stablish good interpersonal relations. There are no taboo topics, we can openly discuss with our leaders on individual concers or situations.

Health insurance is very good, even though we don't have all the benefits for free at this moment. Still, it is a very good value proposition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy Sabre's culture, the respect for each other's individuality and the value each team member brings to the company. The collaboration and teamwork are the highlights of Sabre's culture.

I love the merit culture, promotions are given based on merit and not on favoritisms. There is a lot of collaboration among team members. Great partnership culture. I really enjoy working with my peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leader is a very caring and generous person, who is genuinely interested about her team's wellbeing. She encourages us to be our best possible version. She is also very prepared as a leader and has the applicable skills for the role she performs. I am very lucky to have her as my leader.
