It was great experience when I joined Sabre way back in 2018. I was very excited with our culture and leadership style of working. However, this has been terrible now since last few months and it is really demeaning to perform even though I keep myself self motivated .
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Really doing well & excited for 4 years. The things drastically changed to work with insecure & immature manager. The most toxic environment , culture is pathetic as it is individual's culture being driven. Full day unnecessary & unproductive calls with no scope to perform as sales role.

Leadership and the culture at ground. It has to be Sabre culture than individual.

Day to day interference , quality & repetitive email asks and unnecessary pressure on us and our teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If it is about our executive team, then openness and connect. For leadership team (Brett ) , it would be again openness.
