It has been a good experience overall. I enjoy working at Sabre, and enjoy being a part of my team. Even if everything comes crashing down in the travel industry, I have no regrets and would do it all over again.

Truly care for one another and are invested in each others' daily lives, struggles, and successes

My team-members actually care about one another -- both personally and professionally. It isn't an act.

In general, the team is straightforward, transparent, and supportive. Given market conditions, tough to ask for more.

We all share the crazy. When challenges come, we circle the wagons and have one anothers backs.

Ownership, in the form of equity allocations, is helpful in my personal commitment to long-term goals of the company and gives license to being vocal about my beliefs in right/wrong direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I work with are more than colleagues but are also friends. Sometimes we pull in different directions, but there is always good intent in the hive of activity.
