There are a lot of fun activities which take place regularly and the environment at the office is extremely comfortable.

We are all a very tight knit team, work and laugh together. Everyone is helpful and don't try to compete internally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the amount of work I've been doing, I feel I've been underpaid. I add a lot of value to the team and they depend on me for a lot of things.

In comparison to the work that I've been doing, the compensation I receive is low even with respect to the market standards. I feel undervalued also when we're stuck working at older tech even though the employees are capable of doing so much more.
