I believe in Sabre's products and their mission statement. I think they can do better with their products and reliability issues from within the company and their employees.

They support each other and work to make each other better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is very inclusive and being global brings other cultures
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the projects we do on a daily basis
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management does not listen to employees on their team and their input.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have navigated us through the pandemic which was not easy given our companies purpose.

The company understands that we are global corporation and they work toward diversity among all employees.

That my team uses my experience and knowledge of the airlines. And allows each of us to makes decisions like adults.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They understand the airline industry and so we are all on the same page when doing our assignments. They are understanding and very helpful when a team member falls behind in knowledge or training and is quick to jump in to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand the company coming inline with other tech companies but, we specialize in airline reservations which is not just adding code to a particular web site and that is it. When an employee such as myself has been in the airline industry for over 30 years we need to tap into those employees .
