I love that we have adapted quickly to allowing flexible work environments or total remote work options.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my work I do each day will contribute to the company's goals and that executive leadership will see what I work on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish we had more transparency about wages and annual increases in relation to other companies and competitors. I wish we had more benefits especially with fitness - either more options for gym discounts or a stipend for health and wellness.
