I live in a high inflation country and my salary isn't keeping pace with similar roles in other companies. Pay reviews delayed to later in the year.

The UK Cycle to Work scheme could be offered to UK employees. This would cost nothing but offer tax free bikes to employees. Inflation is high and wage rises haven't kept pace. New employees are receiving higher salaries due to the competitive employment market.
