They are great humans, care abour each other, and are always eager to collaborate with others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in compensation should account for local country inflation but also for recognition of performance, even more so considering there is local currency devaluation against USD which means total increase % in local currency will be less than increase % in USD for the company.
