Most are responsive. However, I find if you haven't met coworkers your ability to work and solve problems together becomes limited. More inclusive team meetings are necessary.

Most are very responsive. Would be good to have more internal meeting to bond better with newer employees. Knowing them on a personal level helps to connect with them in a working enviornment.
