Extremely smart people. Little drama. Trustworthy. Helpful, amongst our team and to other teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of my staff make as much or more than I do, without as much stress and responsibility, so that stings a bit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much red tape, duplicate processes, and ultra focus on audit and security slowing internal business systems development. May be improved if our internal systems do not get treated with too high scrutiny within our own network - if we don't trust our own employees, why keep them employed here?
