Their transparency, and their interest in taking the best decisions in difficult times and the way they try to keep everybody informed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've been with the company for a long time, additionally to the performance, the experience should count as a plus when comparing salaries with the industry, and even more when there are certifications and obtained degrees. The annual bonus should be more attractive.
