Work hard, play hard. The team is committed to doing the right thing for all team members, but also know how to have a sense of humor and have fun even during the tough and tightest timelines. They push to give each other energy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility. The WFA option has been a blessing especially during all the project work. It allows time for solid productivity and focus to move faster and to get more done. I also appreciate the events of bringing people together so we still have a people connection and community.
