We have some fabulous personalities in marketing. Makes long hours/big projects much more enjoyable!

Salaries are slightly under market for other tech companies with similar roles and experience requirements.

For being a large company, Sabre leaders do a good job of frequently communicating to the global workforce and individual teams.

I can say on the marketing side there is as much transparency as possible and with direct managers a good balance of frequent communication with work autonomy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While Sabre gives a standard maternity leave of 12 weeks I feel they could do better with what they offer to stay comparative to what many of the large tech companies offer.
