Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for the very long time and the small pay increases just don't get me to the level of the compensation newer employees at lower levels are offered

I believe that my base salary does not increase at the same ratio as the salaries of the individuals who are newly hired. New employees are paid more than the ones who have been at Sabre for the very long time. and it seems the only way to change that is to leave, which I don't really want to do
