
My initial start at Sabre was not very good. The training provided was a terrible experience that made me feel as I made a mistake. Which is why I go above and beyond in my current role. I assist new hires until they are confident the correct choice was made in choosing their next steps at Sabre.
The strategies are straight forward
I believe it is the combination of Vacation and Insurance
I feel as though they care about me as a person not just as a resource.
I feel as though I can reach out to them and receive an answer or reference to a different resource.
I prefer the truth about the company's health even if it may mean that I will need to be laid off; Directness.
understanding what the pay scales are and why I am where I am at in relation to others that are in my peer group.
When I can assist someone in getting an answer and when I know that my work makes a difference and is contributing to the success of the business.
The role that I support. It makes me feel as though leadership is truly committed to ensuring employees are successful in their roles and that they care about employees perception of the company.
I love the diversity of people at Sabre but I would like to have more diversity of people that look like me. There are a few but I have to hunt for them.
