The medical attention, I would prefer to be back in our previous vendor but it's a good benefit.

The engagement with people, even in a remote world we have built already the relationships to keep it going.

Transparency in the communication, cares for maintaining the team onboard - as they know that drives the reputation the company has in the market.

We started some time back to care about retention of talent, and that shows on daily pace to ensure we got this. Also, we can have fun and deliver, as we are a team that knows how to work alongside.
