The culture and the work-life balance is what makes me enjoy my career at Sabre.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't say it's great. I wish I'm getting more increase or bonus, but at the moment, just thankful to have a job really.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are professionals and get the job done. People in AUS mind their own business and let you do your job. There is trust and teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they really want to keep their employees. They ensure that we have work-life balance by providing us with extra leaves and resources to achieve this.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation wise, it's not the best. For me, it's the company's extra SUPER to match our salary sacrifice, extra 5 days leaves and free PTO at the end of the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they managed to keep the business afloat even during the toughest time we've ever faced. I also feel that they give a lot or priority to employees' mental and overall wellbeing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm happy with the fact that people are trusted to get the job done, so no pressure or stress. People are valued in a way that they make sure that you get that work-life balance. It's always a work in progress but I know this is one of their priorities.
