A very positive, supportive and flexible work culture. However i wished that we had better growth prospects. Although people are deserving they are kept at the same level for years on end because there was no "suitable position" in the team, someone else had better networking (without actual work).

I can approach them without any inhibitions.

My very supportive manager , hands down!

A genuine concern for employees (specially during COVID) and the WFA flexibility.

We care for each other and work towards common goals even though we work in different streams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel owing to industry standards and no of experience I should be compensated better. The tax structure does not give us much benefit and hence we lose out on almost 40-45% of our income.
