I think we're slowly getting to a place where Sabre could be a great place to work, but that is a long ways to go. Unless, we prioritize meaningful employee focused initiatives which are not a hogwash, we will continue seeing a huge talent drain. If we value our people more, success will follow.

In my three years with Sabre, I've had the opportunity to work with some great leaders and mentors, and learn from them. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience of working at Sabre.

Sabre is a great place to work. The only challenge I see is job security, since the company is so focused on growth, they're willing to make changes to the business and optimize costs in every possible way.

Very focused on growth and proactive in addressing gaps in business. Not afraid to take risks.

I like how Kurt has focused on making the necessary changes - hard decisions, no doubt, to ensure that Sabre has a strong and practical growth strategy to achieve our Project25 goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to do creative and fresh work, without interference from folks who are not experts in our area of work. This is difficult to achieve, but when it happens, it feels great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does what it takes to make sure Sabre is on track to achieve its goals and targets, without ever losing sight of what is more important - its people and customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I'm grossly underpaid, compared to some of my other colleagues and counterparts in other organizations. I was also at the wrong level/designation which got fixed recently, but the pay was not normalized to the new designation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
GCCs must not be dished out the step motherly treatment - they need to be looked at as equal partners in Sabre's growth. Only then will there be mutual respect, and only if that happens will there be a conscious effort to develop and train the next crop of leaders (and existing ones) in each GCC.
