The language they have been using in communication in the recent years is more understandable to a regular employee than my past experience. There is still some "executive lingo creep" there but it's miles ahead of what so many corporate employees complain about.
I have no idea how our customers perceive us. I'm too far from them. As for not looking forward to work days, I'm in the process of separating from a toxic coworker but for the time being I still have to meet him every day.
We need a single point of coordination for product management to align priorities in a clear way. We need the technological processes to be better documented (I would even say in a "for dummies" way) and simplified, e.g. when I have to fill onboarding forms I don't even know what they're asking.
