What are some of the best things about your team?
I dont have a team as such but the majority of teams workers who are part of the implementation team are great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I work for home this is a difficult question, but WFH is a bonus especially being disabled. The culture is becoming much more pass the blame, but that seems to be the way of the world nowadays
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that I am involved in, but preferably on projects where I am familiar with the product, we have gone into this PM role of doing anything and when you dont understand the product etc things can slide by you. We tried this format 10 years ago and it never worked then
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a Prinicipal PM for some years, and my previous boss gave me a good increase until i started reporting elsewhere and then i have noticed that the increases have been negligble, also due to poor health i am not sure where i can go in Sabre so am waiting to save and retire
