
Stop treating employees like only numbers in Excel sheet
We value complex processes too much, leaving us in 1990s or even 1980s
Most of my teammates (sadly not all) are really curious and helpful, close cooperation allows us to push things forward
I'm forced to work for 2-3 people and still being paid for 1. Compensation should be higher or workload should be decreased and distributed among more team members.
Too much work spread among not enough people as an effect of planning everything in Excel only. Outdated complex processes should be revised, not applied forcefully to new solutions just because it's been working for last 30 years.
