My experience at Sabre has been very enriching. I have gained both personally and professionally. I recently made a move to Singapore being a part of Sabre. The company understands my unique circumstances and gives ample opportunity to its employees to feel valued at work.
My overall experience at Sabre has been the best so far in my career. I am proud to be a part of Sabre and truly believe in the product and the culture.
The company's success feels like personal success
Medical and life insurance policies are quite comprehensive
The Sales Incentive Plan is by far the best and extremely rewarding.
Frequent and periodic communication in the form of All Hands, SED talk etc.
The flexibility to work from anywhere and the ability to express myself freely.
The helping nature, knowledge sharing and being approachable are some of the best things.
The most positive thing is the autonomy and the trust shown by the leadership
Creating solutions for our customers and meeting their requirements while working closely with the Sabre team
The respect and the helping attitude that everyone carries to work is not seen across many global companies.
The forward thinking and the long term detailed planning at all front is the best thing about the leadership
The clarity and the rigor with which we are moving ahead to achieve our short term and long term goals.
The best things are knowledge sharing, always ready to share the load, always working towards making the team goal a success rather than individual milestones
Sabre team members are ethical and promote a very healthy environment at work. There is no toxicity which makes the culture extremely positive for one and all.
The most positive thing is the constant flow of information from the top to the bottom. This keeps all employees aligned towards the common goals of the organization
Historically, Inflation in India is higher than rest of the world. Salary increments should reflect that. Additionally, counterparts in other parts of the world are paid significantly higher in comparison to India. Compensation that is in parity with the market would be appreciated.
