Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Historically, Inflation in India is higher than rest of the world. Salary increments should reflect that. Additionally, counterparts in other parts of the world are paid significantly higher in comparison to India. Compensation that is in parity with the market would be appreciated.
