Sabre provides a great work environment and promotes a great working culture. There is a bit of politics, however I believe it is much better compared to many other companies. The learning environment needs to be further optimized and processes have to be better streamlined to ensure W/L balance.
A great place to work and happy to be part of Sabre.
The collaborative environment amidst diversity in culture
The Medical insurance, home allowance benefits
They are very collaborative and approachable.
Getting goals accomplished that will make Sabre successful
Very competitively pegged compared to other travel tech companies.
Generally everyone is friendly and helpful with each other
The learning opportunities and challenges
They have the best interest of their employees in mind.
When you are challenged and there are new learning opportunities.
There is more work, less politics. Yet to meet most of them in person.
The team is very collaborative and supportive of each other and tries to help one another as much as possible.
The leadership is highly committed to both employee well-being and customer satisfaction while also addressing broader organizational priorities, which include other financial, commercial and legal matters.
Sabre is believed to be one of the best paymasters in the industry, nevertheless, as regional employees we could do with some additional industry benefits and perks other than the annual compensation and VCP.
They try to understand the pulse of the employees and create a positive environment where employees can thrive. At least this is the impression from the top rung, though it may be different at other levels.
Sabre needs to create a better learning environment and equip its employees to with better tools to manage their workload. Online courses are great, however when you are overloaded with work, there is hardly any personal time left to invest in upgrading your professional skills.
