Sabre could be so much better if we didn't create unneeded fires to be put out. Sadly, I have been told it as always been like this so I don't expect it to change and so far this planning season, it seems like it is headed in the opposite direction.

Sean's visions seem clear and straight forward for the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our volunteer events when they aren't canceled because of work timelines that are too short.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need more time to work. This plan deadline was impossible and so many employees are killing themselves trying to reach it and it's causing mistakes that don't need to happen as well as poorer work because doing things the right way takes time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we were given more time to get our work done, interactions would be great, but everything is an emergency and needed now so every interaction is an emergency and something that is needed now. Creates a terrible environment that doesn't have to be that way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It took years for my compensation to be fixed or matched to where it "should" be compared to like employees within and outside of the company. Unbelievably frustrating situation. On top of that, the lack of time finance is given to get our work done makes us and our families feel we are undervalued.
