Its a happy, hardworking, team environment where i feel like people genuinely care about my success and my wellbeing. I have some concerns over the future, especially with the advancement of NDC but overall the company experience is excellent

The fact that there are Quarterly bonus payments.

They appear friendly approachable and to feel that my morale and work / life balance is important to them.

They communicate well, seem approachable and for such a large organisation I've met a couple of them already despite only being an employee for 11 months

I feel that the company cares about my wellbeing and whilst i need to work hard there is a celebration of that hard work that isn't just reflected in pay, but team celebration
