Working at Sabre is a good experience. I have the ability to learn new things if I wish. I have a great support team with my manager and his team. Are there things I disagree with, sure but I am always willing to do my job and make Sabre better each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I work with a team that is always there to support me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sean, really appreciate his drive to lead the company. The rest of the team is too new for comments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
their dedication to doing their best, the care they give their teams, the honest conversations that happen. The other team I work with are EAs. Some are very dedicated to being team players.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job and my manager is the best of the best. But when other people in the organization tell what new EAs at your level are making, it isn't easy sometimes to swallow. So maybe remind people that telling any confidential information is against company policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The WFA has been the biggest positive since joining Sabre. It gives me the work balance I need to do my job and care for my family. My mom has dementia. While she doesn't need full time care, she can't be left alone. Between my daughter, who also has a WFA job, and I are able to keep her with us.
