My salary at Sabre is a joke, if you want to know why just compare it to our competitors.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increase the salary and make at least close to our competitors so that we can foucs on our goals and stop the daily whining.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please increase the salary, can you imagine that a receptionist get paid better than an account manager at Saber, my salary as an account manager in Saber is 30% below the poverty line in my country ( Saudi Arabia)
