The smiles, the humor, the up training information thats giving to make sure were providing the best customer service
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisors, my team, and the guest that are super patient and will work as a team with you the get the reservation booked, modified, or canceled
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is very much needed. Reservation agents take calls from 3rd party companies, Travel Agents, different booking systems in place, transportation not being arranged properly, refund questions, ETC. The first point of contact is us making sure the guest have a smooth planning of their trip.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued just under compensated for. It would be great if our pay reflected the time an energy we put into each and every guest an going above and beyond to make sure they get the assistance they need and sometimes having to take on extra abuse.
