I enjoy the work but am concerned about the future
Working to solve problems with my colleagues
Pay is good, but company benefits are poor
Meeting with my customers and colleagues
Our US benefits aren't competitive with the industry
People are trying really hard to keep Sabre going
They are visible most of the time sharing their vision
They come across as trying hard to turnaround the company
Team really do work hard and put in crazy hours
They have a strategy, still not clear how we get there
They show up and try to move Sabre forwarded every day
Teams are working hard, but don't have great tools to show the value they are delivering
I think we all want Sabre to be successful, but it isnt clear how we get there
I believe more of the company should get shares. If you want total buy-in you shouldn't exclude the majority of the organization. A portion of shares given to senior leaders could easily be transferred to people who dont get any and be seen as a positive move to help with culture and retention
