Sabre is like a family .... We are all into this together .... particularly since Covid and the tech transformation .... There is a closeness that was not as strong before. The not so good is we are not retaining all our best talent due to the strong job markets and we cannot compete in this area

Showing large efforts at being transparent and communicating frequently and thoroughly

We know each others strengths and weaknesses very well. Good chemistry .... The ability to laugh (find lightness) during the most stressful times
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are all aligned on making the tech and company transformation a success and we completely understand the importance of its success. In the past we were not always all aligned
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salaries are not keeping up with inflation at all. Benefits have been suppressed due to Covid. Cannot even fund a company lunch or happy hour. I understand why but.......
