Sabre is my second family. I grew, learnt, and progressed in Sabre. I don't foresee myself in any other company. However, my career progress was never satisfying to me, despite my hardwork and dedication for the past 17 years in Sabre, I did not get a promotion for the past 11 years.

When I am appreciated for my work. When my manager puts full trust in me to deliver a project and encourages me to do my best. My direct manager challenges me to bring the best out of me every time.
