Not everything is like before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid way less than the current market standard. In spite of having conversations on this with the leadership, nothing happened yet. I feel very much demotivated.

Very much underpaid and in spite of knowing that, the director is least bothered. At least they should be fair to be at par with market standards. I need market correction.
