Due to strapped resources, please evaluate priorities and then remove or extend those which can not get ample time for work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that my pay is below mid-range although being in the position for a decade. Plus, knowing that I'm restricted from moving outside of my role due to "having essential knowledge that is needed"
