Quality of work is good. But the work load is huge due to resource constraint. Which indirectly impact on taking leaves and stretching working hours. Impact family time. And after working so much hike was not given which doesn't motivates. If these issues are taken care rest all will awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working hard and stretched hours for MOFL project I was not given hike last year when I was eligible for the same. Zero hike always demotivates as every other team mates get there hikes.
