I am happy and feel proud to be associated with Sabre. Not sure though if the changes in the leadership team at regional levels is going to impact much.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Sabre is a very good company and takes care well of the employees. But of late leaders are just taking advantage by articulating well and selling themselves internally with very less contribution to the business and for customers. Some are just dictators and misuse the power.

Sabre is a fantastic company to work, and the culture is simply amazing, I would love to continue working at Sabre. Executive leadership team must keep an eye on regional leaders and managers under them so that the Sabre brand and image is well taken care of, and Sabre's good culture continues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New joinee's are paid very high salaries compared to old and loyal employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing much as some of the leaders are only selling themselves internally with unproductive tasks
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them are only selling themselves internally with false stories without actually having much work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees must respect each other and give space, be open and retain good talents and team players

Stock options should be given to employees as a motivation and regular raises for employees who performs well
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work culture is not healthy anymore and there is lots of insecurity at work which is impacting many employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some team members are always ready to support, guide and assist when required, this is really important from good teamwork perspective
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Feedback should be taken from the team members (anonymous and designation below managers) as they face a lot of challenges and its unheard due to hierarchy structure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Abacus employees get a standard raise every year , however if you compare with new joiner's , then Abacus employees are always on the lower side and new joiners get higher salary as per Sabre standards
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is lot of wastage of time on unproductive reports and tasks and sometimes illogical discussions as most leaders can articulate well but don't understand the nitty-gritty of the business and how to run it well.
