Sabre is one of the leading GDS in the world. Sabre constantly strives for breakthroughs and has an awesome team.

Fulfillment. Ability to complete and contribute to the team.

The leadership team understands that their greatest asset is their employees.

Our team is proactive and always think of ways to continuously improve our processes.

Fulfillment. I am happy when I can support my team when they need me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefit as you do not know when you need it but it comes in very handy to have it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We know when to work and when to have fun. Our people are caring and sincere too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is open, we are able to communicate freely. We have good team work and have the same end goal in mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is transparent on what is going on in the organization and demonstrates how they value all team members' well being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family. We are like a big family supporting each other through thick and thin. Sabre also constantly encourage us to have work life balance. Yearend break is a great example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance coverage. Having said that, I hope that HR will do a survey to understand what employees value the most before renewing or changing the policy. i.e. Specialist cap of S$4K yearly is really not sufficient as one MRI or CT scan easily takes one quarter of the cap amount.
