Open to discussion and thoughts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Left to do my work without constant intrusion - deliverables are clear and no micromanaging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation for my role is not on par with similar sized companies - the benefits are excellent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good team spirit, there is no compulsion in agreeing and views are listened to. Feeling of having thoughts and ideas valued and good debate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an obvious genuine care for employees and their wellbeing. The goals are clear and there is substantial helpful information provided - employees are kept informed. They appear approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is open and fair. There is respect amongst ranks. No micromanagement but responsibilities and deliverables are clear - which makes management of work/life easier. Delivery is key not necessarily the hours.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel valued and appreciated. I feel like my manager and above have trust. I rarely have to explain myself and given my deliverables to get on with. The team has an excellent atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued and very much enjoy working at this organisation. But, the salary is lower than market rate and I appreciate that Sabre cannot meet the big tech players e.g. Google, but should be market average at min. Currently 25% under market average. Makes it tempting when approached
