- product/team alignment - no silos (TEO, Security, Google team, etc)

- salary is lower than avg on the market - no equity motivation for employees on principal and lower positions

- openness - make sure declared things are implemented - no micromanagement - no silos - to hear team opinion

- no silos - no or less bureaucracy - more responsibility from TEO teams - less micromanagement from VP level leaders - clear strategy or at least any strategy
