I like that they're pretty relaxed and seem human. I like their efforts to engage with employees at ice cream socials and halloween.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of responsibility I have and my high performance is not reflected in my salary. There are team mates who are paid more or equal to me with less experience and who are not rated as well as I have been during talent calibration.
