Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel that upper management makes the effort to engage its employees. They put themselves out there in front of employees, participating in events and showing us a bit of their personal side, giving everyone the opportunity to ask them questions they project transparency and openness.

cost of living increase - people who have been here a long time tend to make less than people hired more recently

i am very lucky to work with people that i like and respect i like that people outside my department are also willing to help find solutions

My work makes me feel SMART and appreciated! I like what i do and the teams i work with. Most people from any team are very helpful and pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People are being hired for more money than long term employees. we have lots of experience and are loyal to the company but raises don't keep up with incoming salaries and inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive attitude of both team and management. Company makes effort to care about employees and engage us in being a team. Actions show that they care about our physical and mental well being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone does their job well. I don't feel like i am waiting on something from another team member to get my work done. They are intelligent and have COMMON SENSE. They communicate well.
